How do I get Konsole to run a command when opening?

What kind of command is it ?
Why not to put the command into ~/.bashrc (or analogous file if you don't use bash) ? |

"konsole -e $command" - but konsole will close when the command completes. "konsole --noclose -e $command" if you don't want it to close. Chapter 3 of the konsole handbook documents these - there are a lot of other command lines options that control it.
