After creating a new color scheme in konsole (version 22.12.3 on archlinux) the created color scheme appears twice in the list of color schemes in the configuration dialog. The "Remove" button is disabled. Renaming one of the entries results in both of them being renamed. Clicking "Defaults" while one of the entries is selected deletes both of them.

Before creating a new color scheme by clicking on "New":

After closing the color scheme editing dialog via "Ok", note that the created color scheme "test" appears twice:

Looking through the konsole product on bugs.kde.org I couldn't find a bug related to this.

Does this happen for anyone else? Thanks!

Digging further into the issue it seems to have been a result of my setup. I had a duplicate entry in my $XDG_DATA_DIRS which resulted in the same color scheme being found and displayed twice. Removing the duplicate folder from $XDG_DATA_DIRS fixed the issue for me.
