konsole xterm and vim

Hi,
i'm running kde 4.1.3 on a fedora 9. Previously was installed gnome and i added kde.
When i edit a bash script with vim in konsole or in xterm the colors of syntax highlighting are different. How to make them equals?

It will probably be Konsole's Appearence configuration. This can be changed individually for each profile under Settings. I use Linux Colours.

No, if i change colors (i installed also xterm colors schema) nothing change in vim, ie variables are blu ( instead of violet) even if i cheange color schemas variables are still blu (and also the rest) :(
in xterm for example variables are violet (the color i have ever saw them)

Same problem in xubuntu (where i installed kubuntu-kde4-desktop package). Why konsole overwrite colors on vim????? And how to solve??

kubuntu-kde4-desktop should mean KDE 4.0 -- or is it 4.1.x? I'll check back home if I can reproduce this issue.
