Hi,
I installed the Linux Libertine font set, however these fonts are not available for use in Konsole. I read a bug report that in KDE 3.5 fonts that were specified as fixed width were the only fonts available, however I am running KDE 4.2.3. [ormandj@desktop1 ~]$ konsole --version Qt: 4.5.1 KDE: 4.2.3 (KDE 4.2.3) Konsole: 2.2.3 [ormandj@desktop1 ~]$ The fonts are visible from within the KDE control panel font selection option, just not in Konsole's font selector. If somebody has information concerning this, I would very much appreciate it. I didn't see any relevant bug reports other than the KDE 3.5 report, but I didn't want to file without asking here first. Thanks, David |

It is quite likely that only "Console" fonts can be used. Any font that is compatible with Bash should be listed, unfortunately I don't know what it requires, nor how it does the setting.

That's probably still the case. What's the status of the bug report?

http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=121672 Resolved/Fixed, as stated in last comment, in KDE4. Unfortunately, it does not seem to be so. I'm open to any other suggestions/input, before I file another report. Thank you, David |
