Hello all
I have such minor problem:
when I open konsole - (terminal super user mode) in normal user account and log in. Than reset system - the terminal window will appear after restart and ask password for root - but sometimes this password is visible - this means normal user can read it...
It happen also when I was using remote desktop connection.
Using KDE 4.2.

is this known issue or anybody else experienced such think ?
thanks.

(I am relatively new to linux...)

I have never experienced this, although I usually "su -" up to root from a normal user terminal.

Would it be possible for you to test using KDE 4.3 or later? ( ie. Trunk )

Actually at this moment I can't - because my Internet connection is too slow to download latest KDE...
I try it later.

As this occurs in a released version of openSUSE, you may also wish to report this to their bugzilla.
