Hi,
I have a server, that work with cp866u encoding... in the list of avaible encodings in KDE Konsole I can't find it (there is only cp866).
So, the question is how I can add this alternative encoding?

Are you sure that cp866 is not suitable for use with cp866u encoding?

Try setting the encoding to cp866 then browsing to ~/.kde4/share/apps/konsole and open <name of profile>.shell in a text editor. Look for the string "cp866" and replace it as needed.
