Hello.

I run Konsole 2.3.3 under KDE 4.3.4. Is it possible to change bindings for scrolling line up/down (Shift+Up_Arrow & Shift+Down_Arrow) to something else and pass these two key sequences to underlying shell? I looked in Settings->Configure Shortcuts and under Key Bindings in Edit Current Profile but can't find it there. Thanks in advance.

It appears that this is indeed hard coded into Konsole, which is not usual for KDE applications. Please file a bug report at bugs.kde.org, as this is also on Trunk.

It appears to be completely hidden from the user interface.

I know this is a old post, but whatever :)

That scolling thing is not controlled through shortcuts. To change or disable it, you need to modify the keybinding or the keyboard layout used by the terminal. Go to "Settings -> Config Current Profile -> Keybindings -> Edit" and look up "ScrollLineUp", or open /usr/share/apps/konsole/default.keytab and search the line containing "ScrollLineUp".
