How to install the Russian language in the interface?

Установил KAlarm через менеджер программ, система Linux Mint 17. Как установить русский язык в интерфейсе? Там только английский есть... :-\

Note that this is an English language forum.

In Linux Mint, install the package kde-l10n-ru and then in System Settings, select Russian as your language.
