I want to report a bug because I've read this:

I#m using the ICQ backend an my contacts are only shown with their UIN and not with their nickname.
Can this be enhanced in future releases?

No, it's not... for me the uin is showed only for blocked contacts and for a few contacts who probably didn't set a nickname.
Perhaps your contacts are displayed alphabetically and therefore you saw only the first contacts?

Anyway when we will have metacontacts you will probably be able to edit the display name for your contact...
