Can anyone recomend a opensource jabber server for kde telepathy (with support for audio & video calls)?

I think nobody from our team tested these, we use mostly Prosody (easy to setup local xmpp server) or GTalk/Jabber.org. However please do share any experiences you have with these servers, we might put them in our wiki

I tried jabberd2 some time ago, and I cannot really recommend it because it wase quite hard to configure.
Prososy is a lot easier.

kdetalk.net uses ejabberd and that works well.

No idea how to set that up.
KDE Telepathy will just support every good jabber server, so pick whatever works best for you as a sys-admin we'll make sure it works in the client.

I'd recommend ejabberd, one of the best options and can handle heavy load. (It's written in Erlang).
