It's being proposed for backport into Raring, but has to go through Kubuntu's QA process.

The builds that will be used are here if you want to use an unstable repo.

I saw a confirmation message for untrusted certificate but it didn't fix the issue although I chose "Continue"

Run ktp-debugger from konsole.

Send me output of mission-control-5 and telepahty-gabble logs.
Note this way have your email addresses of you and potentially your contacts, but never any passwords.
