I have bonjour and a jabber account setup. Every time I open the contacts list, offline contacts are hidden, even if the button is set to show them. If I then turn it off (as in hide hidden contacts) and then on again (as in show hidden contacts) they appear, until I close and reopen the window. After that, they're gone again. The status of the "Hide offline contacts" button seems to be remembered when reopening the contacts window. I just usually have the button reporting the correct status, but just no contacts showing.

I'm using Chakra Linux, KTP 0.5.2 on KDE 4.9.5.

Hey,

sorry for the late-ish reply. Are you online when starting the contact list? The contacts are not available before you connect, it's a limitation of Telepathy (the backend). We are however working on a solution, which will fix this (first preview in 0.6).
