Hello All,

I felt very happy to install kde-telepathy 0.6, but now suddenly I am not able to make calls to my gmail contacts.
Every time It gives me an error saying "Failed to negotiate codecs.". Also if I receive a call on gmail then the following happens:

1. I can't see my video
2. my friend can see my video but it is hanged after sometime.
3. my friend can hear me but I can't hear him.

I wonder if I need to install some codec because my friend uses windows and gmail in chrome.
Also, I am not sure if this is a problem only with me because I can't find anything related to such error on internet.
Please help me.

Thanks in Advance.

Any idea which package in particular fixed this?
Would be good to update this for the next person who has the same problem.

When I checked my muon package manager, the package : "gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad" was already installed and I had to install "gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly" also. So, I think "gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly" is a must for solving the issue.

Thanks
-Ravi
