Persistent Telepathy notifications

Thu May 09, 2013 6:39 pm
I just wanted to ask a small question about Telepathy and its popup notifications. In KDE 4.10.2, there was a bug (namely 311413), due to which notifications once dismissed would keep piling up in the notifications' history. It was marked as solved for 4.10.3, and for the vast majority of cases in which you would just wish to dismiss the popup, it was solved perfectly. However, for Telepathy, whenever a chat notification comes, there is a button to allow one to view the incoming message. Clicking this message does bring the chat window into focus, but does not remove the notification. One has to manually dismiss it in order to remove it from the notifications' history. Is there any way to change this behaviour, or should I file a bug report?
