I assume you are trying to use "KDE Desktop Sharing" (aka. KRFB) for this? If you have not installed it, it is likely required to do this with Telepathy.

I've already installed krfb and krdc but I want to share my desktop over GMail IM account with my friend which his desktop is Windows. P.S. I can connect to Windows remotely by krdc. |

Is KRFB running when you attempt to share your desktop?

Please try starting KRFB prior to beginning a chat session where you will be sharing your desktop to see if that will make a difference.

Nothing changed! Any way, I tried to use another test which is connecting between two GMail accounts both of them uses Linux and KDE Telepathy; I got the same result of Windows-Linux test! P.S. Both Linux PCs have running krfb with the following configurations and krdc too: |

Okay. We'll need to leave this up to the KDE Telepathy developers to answer. My guess would be that KRFB could be missing Telepathy Tubes support, due to it not being present when it was compiled by your distribution.

Can you tell me if you have this file:
/usr/share/telepathy/clients/krfb_rfb_handler.client Also sharing will only ever be available on XMPP (jabber) connections. |

It already exists
You mean my tests over two Linux pcs though GMail accounts is wrong one? |

GMail is XMPP, but they block some services... so a more "easy" test would be e.g. two jabber.org accounts.
I'm working on the KDevelop IDE.

Unfortunately jabber.org doesn't work correctly since a month ago Do you know another stable XMPP free service to make test on? |

jabber.de auto registration forbidden! kdetalk.net shows "Unknown error" message although I asked for registering a new account as shown below: |
