Trying local-xmpp with kde-telepathy 0.9 installed from kubuntu-backports:
Although I can see the list of contacts on the local network, if I select a contact to chat with, ktp-text-ui window get stuck for about a minute, thereafter the chat window is being displayed. Now if I try to write something to the buddy, I actually can't and I am told that my local-xmpp account is offline, whilst It is not so!

I am trying to use local-xmpp with kde-telepathy since ever without success, as you can see yourself by searching this forum for messages about not working local-xmpp protocol.
So, again, has anyone ever been successfull in using local-xmpp with ktp 0.9, at least? Am I doing something wrong?
