Does anyone have experience with Intel Converged NICs and QSFP?

I have several 1U machines and I want to make a small VM cluster. I'm using iSCSI for storage, so this is 2x 10Gb ... and Hyper-V is a pair for the guest and the other is for the cluster + migration. These servers have only two PCIe slots.

How do these QSFP cards appear to Windows if you are using a 4x10Gb DAC hydra cable in your switch? Does each 10Gb connect to the "network card" in the Windows / host operating system?
