KTorrent will go in string freeze tomorrow evening.

The 1.1 release will probably follow 2 weeks after that (probably during the weekend)

String freeze complete, this means :

- no modification or addition of i18n strings in branches/stable/extragear/network/ktorrent
- no modification or addition of strings in the GUI in branches/stable/extragear/network/ktorrent

Anything which needs to go into 1.1 will have to be committed to trunk as well as to branches/stable/extragear/network/ktorrent

1.2 development can start in trunk
