Unsaved downloads

Mon Oct 24, 2005 1:10 pm
I have a finished torrent which I want to remove from KTorrent's list. However, KTorrent is giving this message:
You will lose all data downloaded for this torrent, if you do this. Are you sure you want to do this?

After checking it is true that the file has not been moved to the finished downloads directory yet. I have also had this problem with more torrents. Is there any reason this is happening?

Also, what does the 'save' button do? Clicking it does not solve the problem (move the file) though.

I am using this week's SVN.

In what I assume is a related issue, when a torrent is finished and I am asked whether I want to save it or not, I am not asked where I wish to save it. The file remains, as the OP said, in the 'tor' folder.

I'm using CVS from some time last week.

Seeing that I'm going to do saving to the final location directly in a short while, I will fix it then. SVN Code might be broken for a week or so (depending on how much time I have).

In the mean time you will have to manually move those files (or use a stable version)

Btw, seeing that things are kind of in a state of flux at the moment, I suggest you allways do a full recompile.

And also make sure you install, otherwise the widget below the list of torrents might disappear after my next commit.
