Feature request: download speed limit

Is it easy to implement this into ktorrent? Because it's a very useful option in Azureus, but i don't want to run this java all the time. I need it so I can limit the download speed and other computers to use the connection too :)

ah, okay, my mistake then. i suppose i've watched a version without this feature, few months ago. i downloaded 1.1 and i saw it now :) tnx
