KTorrent not uploading

So, I just compiled KTorrent from SVN. Right after the "Fixed issue with passkeys (115393) BUG: 115393" commit. Here's the problem:

KTorrent won't upload anything if "Max upload rate" = 0 (which should be no limit). If there's a limit set it uploads. :)
