Can you make a options who contains a peer list and options as ban and other stuff?

You are going to have to explain that a bit better.

Bitcoment / on windows / have this option.There is a button with text Peer list when you click on this button the program show any peers.As other option you can ban some of them and other stuff..

Yes I understand. We already have Peer list, so you are suggesting we add the option to blacklist some of the peers with e.g. rightclick->ban ??

Simply the option is useful i think and for one other reason...

Er...A kind of cheat

Cheat ? Do you want to get rid of all leachers ?

No.See this example: Two users from a one network..One of users get start seed.Other user get leech .. the user who leech must ban all other peers without his partner.Now both users will upload/leech with a network speed ( 1mb in my network ).When this process is done again some times the leacher will make many upload for short time.This method is good for make coefficient.
This is a my "cheat"

In addition : I use this "cheat" because my net is sux.Normal I upload with max 2-3 kb with this speed its impossible to make a good coefficient / There are some local trackers who want a lot of upload for user some permissions .. /

I see, nice trick you have found there to cheat. There is an easier way to cheat : report that you have uploaded the same amount as you have downloaded. If you know a bit of C++, it will be pretty easy to modify KT's source code.

We will see if we add an option to kick a peer.
