Ability To Change Tracker

Would be really usefull to beable to change the Tracker of the torrent, as i have one now that i need to change, but cant :lol:

Someone else also requested this. (See http://ktorrent.pwsp.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=113 ).

When we add properties dialog, I'll try adding this feature too. Just be patient ;)
