I am on a torrent that currently don't have any seeders - I have all pices except one (99.9%) but KTorrent still dosen't unchoke other clients for uploading. Probebly becaus the other clients can't offer me any data I don't already have.

Try the latest SVN code, it should make sure that at least 4 peers are unchoked.
