Ivan is working on an IP blocklist feature, is there some specific list SafePeer uses ?

Ivan is working on that, if you check out the latest from SVN, you can load blocklists from bluetack.

This list is something different than the one we use (will use, actually). This list contains many different bluetack filter lists. For now, you can use only one of them by specifying URL in KTorrent::Settings::IPFilter and clicking Download/Convert. Maybe we can add an option to join two or more lists into one but I don't think that's smart for more than several reasons.

Also, note that IPFilter is very unstable right now and the part with bluetack level1 list is not working yet, so be carefull if using it.

Is this KTorrent-specific or a general problem with the filterset?
