DHT is implemented in SVN. You may try it but it's still experimental.

SVN is a newer version control system for CVS, and stands for subversion. It's the place where developers commit their patches and contributions.
For ktorrent there's a log on http://svntalk.pwsp.net/ and a faq on howto get and install a SVN version http://ktorrent.org/index.php?page=faq

You'll find the newest and latest features there and offcource some bugs
Just be aware that it might not always work as expected, and that it's pretty normal in a SVN.
