Options to "Shutdown PC after finish" will be useful.Do you agree with me?

Yes, it could be usefull.

We could combine this with the feature request for scheduled downloads.
i.e. schedule a download to start in the middle of the night, and when it's done, shutdown the PC.

Downloaded and uploaded bytes only count for 50 % at night with my ISP, there are probably more ISP's doing this, so this could be really handy.

Good idea. But it will better if you add a option to "shutdown pc when is done" as option that you can set from options of schedule.Namely.. as a options that you can active or deactive.

If you shutdown after downloading then you give no time to seed the file. a seed ratio would have to be implimented to be fair. And that would only work if you only downloaded one file at a time. Because if your downloading 6 files and you set one to turn off you pc and it for some reason had a boost half way through the pc would shut down before all files were done.

Of course you could set a timer that would cap your transfers during the day and maximize at night. But stopping and starting maybe just as good.

Users will also have to pay attention to some trackers which require seeding the torrent after download for certain amount of time otherwise peers get banned...

We could have a shutdown after all downloads are finished action.
You could make this very complex and make actions dependant of each other. (And maybe draw a tree to represent the depndencies, which would be cool, but I have higher priority things to do)
