Is there any way to save the size/order I apply to the fields in the download list? I try to change the sizes but the adjustment only lasts a few seconds and then they are changed back.

That should already work. Joris made some changes recently to save KT layout and that should include column sizes and order.
What do you mean by 'only lasts a few seconds and then they are changed back'? Does this mean that you reorder your columns and after a second or two the columns just get ordered like before? Just like that?

I see the problem : when the field gets updated after you resize it, QT puts it back.

Ya that's exactly it. So Ktorrent is supposed to save field sizes and order, from the last time it was run? Or does it lose settings upon restart?
Anyways, when I leave KTorrent open, it will save the field order, but not the sizes.

Once the list is updated KT restores the original field(column) sizes. But the ordering of fields works fine even after restarting KT. Using the SVN from yesterday.

I fixed this yesterday, just forgot to mention it.
It saves the sizes and order through different sessions now. Thanks a bunch!

Hi,
I am using 2beta1 and havent problems with saving columns in downloads or uploads window. But after enabling infowidget plugin, columns width in peers section after customizing fall back into their default location. Should be done something with it?

We do save the layout, so it should normally work. My guess is that as wider entries get added to a column, the column gets expanded automatically by Qt.

I'm having the same thing. Columns have some deafault width. I can resize them, but they get back to default width after few seconds. It's not happenig with torrent list, but only with with the columns in plugin.
Here's some screenshot wtich describes the problem. You can see, that columns, are too width.
