Ok, i'm currently seeding a file, and connected to 11 leeches. However, they are all showing either choked or snubbed and are not downloading from me. Shouldn't they be downloading from me? I'm not uploading to anyone else, and I have the default settings on ktorrent, which is 0 for all of the limits. Also, I'm using SVN from about 15 minutes ago. This situation will stay like this, occasionally one of the peers will start downloading from me for about 5 seconds at a really slow rate, but then stop again. I was going to send a screenshot, but this forum won't allow pictures.

Everything should be OK, with the latest from SVN.
