First of all, I want to thank you for Ktorrent.
I was searching a good software for torrent for a long time and I seriouslly think that my quest is over with ktorrent

I would like to know if it is possible to have more control on upload speed.

In other word, right-clic on torrent // select upload speed ( with a couple of choice ).
If my download is slow but my upload is very fast, you can slow a little your upload speed.

I usally seeding my torrent with a share ratio 1.1 to 1.3 so if I let my ktorrent open when I sleep, I can calculate the right upload speed and set it to have the ration I want.

Something like this is on our TODO list - we will have more controlled upload speed and will also add maximum share ratio limit so you won't have to worry about your speed<->ratio problem.

You can set a global upload limit in the preference dialog. But not for individual torrents.
