[NO BUG] [bug SVN 514231] uploading but no peers in peerlist

Strange thing today.
When i completed a torrent i was seeding about 96KB/s for minutes without any peers in the peerlist, while the status tab says i'am connected to 2 peers.

Also, the download speedlimit doesn't cap here.

I came to the conslusion that i've NAT and DHCP problems with my new router, this is too occasionally... sry for this.

PS. It could also be SVN 513722 from 26 feb, dunno for sure.
