Strange poll, I don't think KTorrent are particularly widely used on those OS versions:-) If you loosly define use, I can say Win95. As I use an old box with Win95 as monitor stand:-)

I think this is an automated bot spamming the forum (Portman7 - excuse me if I'm wrong).

Either way poll doesn't have anything to do with KT, so it should be locked but let's give him a chance to explain it ;)

Quick search on Google shows that our Portman 7 has been busy asking the same question in a lot of forums.......He sure has a wide range of interests!

What would be the point of setting up a bot like that anyway?
