RC4 Encryption support

Would it be possible to add the RC4 encryption support to ktorrent with a plugin or future release

It seems like a waste to be upgrading the encryption to RC4 when RC5 has already been released. I would like to suggest RC5 encryption and maybe a backward compatibility with RC4.
