On the search panel, I put in "d20" and use bittorrent.com. Hitting search, it comes up, kinda, but none of the links work, and it's butt-ugly. I hit the "back" button, and it seems to download the rest of the page (including CSS), making it much nicer to look at, and, more importantly, all the links work.

I've upgraded (again) to svn's latest and can reproduce it consistantly. I could also do it with my previous svn version. Not sure when/if this last worked.

That's strange, It seems to happen here to with KT, but I cannot reproduce it with konqueror

The search URL is out of date, I will update it see if that fixes it.

Updating the URL seems to fix it.

If you have a recent SVN version you will have a button in the search preference page to update the list from the internet.

If you do not have a recent SVN version, download this file :

http://ktorrent.org/downloads/search_engines

Shutdown KT, copy the new search_engines file to ~/.kde/share/apps/ktorrent

And restart KT.

I've just try something on search panel.
First I remove all search engines and then when I click on search button ktorrent crashesh. Here is the backtrace:
