Hi!

I've noticed that the counter for uploaded data in the status area (bottom right) has said 0 for quite a while. I didn't pay much attention to it until I needed to cap the upload rate. I set a cap at 70 kb/s and then suddenly it started to count. Then I removed the cap and it stopped counting uploaded bytes.

I got SVN 548667 (2006-06-06). Maybe this has already been fixed. If not and you like more info about this, please tell me, I got about 32 hours left of the (only) torrent i am downloading right now.

Some other people experienced this too. George has changed our network architecture these days, I'm testing it right now and if everything goes well it will be committed soon and hopefully solve this problem.

I have just noticed it to, when I was testing the new network code with encrypted connections, I only allow encrypted connections and the stats at the bottom don't update, also 0 gets sent to the tracker.

I will try to fix it shortly.

Btw, Ivan I committed the new network code, thinking it was pretty stable, but it seems there is still a crash with encrypted connections.

EDIT: crashes fixed and I can't reproduce this bug anymore
