It would be a good freature if kt would check if the torrent that the user is opening ,isn`t already in the opened torrents.

I remember i translated a string on this subject; information box that the torrent was merged because it was already loaded.

Euhm, we do this. You cannot open 2 torrents with the same info hash.

....... I did not want to make new thread, but it is about opening torrents ;)

when I download single .torrent file from browser and opening then with ktorrent, it shows dialog and asks me where to store the torrent, this is ok, cause I know what torrent I am currently downloading, it is no problem to know where store it...
but if I use ScanFolder plugin, it can open bunch of .torrents, I don't know what torrent it is and where to place it (vids/mp3/soft...), the information about torrent name/size/ files comes after this dialog
so it would be nice to show the name of .torrent file at first window

We didn't think of this situation. ... Running with a default save location all the time has it's disadvantages.
