multi-torrent file,
let say one file is 23% downloaded,
you right click file you want to disable for download and hit "do not download",
you re-enable the same file for download,
you wait until the file has some % completed downloaded (not only the border chunks),
you disable the same file for download, but this time not by right clicking but just by hitting the marking box,
popup appears and you hit "no, do not disable for download"->

file does not get disabled, BUT the % completed gets back to border chunks % only, which shouldn't happen

There is another bug relative to this:
when i stop the torrent and restart the client after above things->

percentage completed of the file is much higher, sometimes more than it was before "the client quit plus file disabling".
Now if i recheck the data on the torrent, the % completed is on "border chunks % complete only". (probably as it should)
