Nice to read this - the Fedora Core packages are updated, check below. I saw that someone on the front page mentioned Suse debug packages, so i included the links to the debug packages as well.

However, one request: in this release the file .../mimelnk/application/x-bittorrent.desktop was missing, but that was not mentioned anywhere.
Such changes are important for packagers (file changes, new dependencies, etc.), can you please add them next time here in the development section or somewhere appropriate? Would make packaging much easier ;-)

Anyway, the new Fedora Packages have been build, and are available soon with the usual update service at a mirror close to you.

Just enter
Code: Select all
yum update
and you will get the version 2.0.1 as soon as the mirrors have sychronized.

And, btw.: if you want to have a debug version for Fedora Core, just enter
Code: Select all
yum --enablerepo=extras-debuginfo install ktorrent-debuginfo

Actually, torrent mimetype file is not missing. Its installation is now optional through configure (disabled by default) so that's why you couldn't see it ;)
