i don't think it's meaningful to have a "% Complete" bar in the uploads tab. it always shows 100% and that's quite obvious. it would be better to show the share ratio there. also download speed and time left are pretty useless.

You are right, we will deal with this when we make the columns configurable, we will just choose a different default set for uploads and downloads.
