geoip.dat file case issues

When searching for the "geoip.dat" file, it would be nice if ktorrent also tried to open "GeoIP.dat" as well, since that is the capitalization on the file when directly downloaded from MaxMind.

Why not just rename "GeoIP.dat" to "geoip.dat"? Or if you're using wget, try the "-O filename" switch.

It can be easily renamed, but code can be just as easily changed to try capital letters too.

I'll change this, no worries.

Ok, it's changed. KTorrent will try to load geoip.dat and if it's not found it'll try with capital letters too - GeoIP.dat.

Changes are in SVN trunk so you are free to test it.
