[bug] Problem with queue manager

Wed Sep 27, 2006 11:06 pm
Hello, I have a bug with the queue manager :
When i do some modification inside the QM, like change the torrent state from QM controlled to user controlled or modify position in list, nothing is taken in consideration. When I close (with OK button) and reopen the QM, nothing has changed.

This is most certainly weird. Which version are you using?
Saving QM queues and priorities is done per torrent, I mean each torrent has its priority and QM just place them in order when needed so I really don't know what could trigger this behavior...

I use the 2.0.2 version, with KDE 3.5.4

It doesn't happen every times. I can modify the position of torrent when adding a new torrent in download, but when i have only torrent in upload I can't do it no more.

I also often have a bug when modifying position of a torrent, when it works (the torrent don't move in the list the first time I click on the arrow but it move for 2 or more position after some more clicks...)

Interesting... I managed to reproduce it here with only uploads.

I'm working on a fix.

Okay I found the problem. It's fixed.

Changes are currently in latest SVN version and hopefully will be present in the following v2.0.3

Forgot to add this -
I also often have a bug when modifying position of a torrent, when it works (the torrent don't move in the list the first time I click on the arrow but it move for 2 or more position after some more clicks...)

I don't think this is KT related, looks more like an GUI update problem to me. Anybody else experienced this behavior?

Thank you for the correction, I'll get it when the 2.0.3 will be released.

About the second bug, sometimes I have no problem and I can change position of any torrents and when I add a new torrent, it starts to jump a group of torrents whe I click arrows to change its position and, often after some retry, I cant move it at all.
