Topic titile says it all, this is mostly a bug fix release for the 2.0 branch of ktorrent.

Fedora Core builds are on their way, they will be available over the official Fedora Extras repository.

One other thing:
To check if something changed which I should know as packager I checked the ChangeLog file - and the last update was for a version 1.x. You should check on that and delete the file, or make it up2date.
