Some suggestions

Ive been using ktorrent for a couple weeks, and had a few ideas in mind to help improve the overall look :)

On the uploads tab, why is there a downspeed column? the only downloading would be to find peers, and that would be a quite short amount of time.

Is there an overall share ratio? To display the total amount downloaded and uploaded, as well as total average down and up speeds. This would include torrents that have been removed.

Ability to change the colors of status, like, green and orange and black, with just the normal base colors.

A new column heading of Share Ratio, to help determine which torrents would be good to seed at that time, so you dont have to go through each one and check the ratio.

Maybe an idle-out time, if download stays stalled for more than a set time, it will stop, and the queue manager can move on to the next download.

There is no longer an uploads tab, but we have plans to make the columns configurable and add some more columns (share ratio for example).

We do not have that

We could add that, but why would we want to do this ?

That is planned, probably not for the upcoming beta, but maybe after that.

Not a bad idea, currently if a download is stalled for 2 minutes we do an announce to get some peers. Letting another one run might not be a bad idea.

I would like to see some more advanced features on the upload speed settings. I want to be able to set the speed for the individual torrent (by right-clicking on it) and preferrebly also trackerwise. I primarly use two torrentsites for downloading and my ratio on one of them is very high while it's low on the other (people don't tend to download so much from you on the latter). When people download from me on one of the trackers I want to be able to change the speeds indiviually so I can prioritize this upload.
It would be gold worth to be able to put priority on upload speeds according to what tracker it's using.
I also want to be able to see the total ratio as well as tracker wise ratio.

Another feature that I miss is the option to automatically move finished downloads to another folder. I'd also like to have different categories so that the finished files could be moved to different locations wether it's music, movies etc. And maybe also set different download/upload priorities on these different categories.
