if ktorrent had

1. upload tab for my finished torrents
2. a feature you could talk to clients
3. a swarm feature (where you could see other people giving you parts)

Basicaly if it was more easy to use

how can i talk to the producer of ktorrent and see if they will add these features.

What version are you using? KTorrent versions 1.2 and 2.0.* have upload tab. Latest beta has groups where you can select uploads too.

I was thinking about this feature earlier. Although it's not essential to torrent downloading it could be fun. If we ever find the time, maybe we could implement it.

I have seen that on AZ, aside from eye candy, it doesn't have much use.

Yeah, AZ has this feature but I also cannot see any use from that.

so you can talk to them to see if they can upload more of your media

Anyway, this option is totally unusefull for me. It would bu just like in aMule only used for spaming.

And as eye candy it doesn't do much either, it's rather ugly in my opinion. All the information is in the peer list anyway. Besides the small flags and country names makes KTorrents way cooler than that useless gui thingy on AZ:-)
