Will there be any way to prioritise downloads?

There's a queue manager you can use to set priorities to downloads. Is that what you meant?

So to make something download first I just move it up in the queue?

I wasn't aware this actually gave the torrents more bandwidth over others. AFAICS, it just lets them download first if there are more torrents in the queue than are aloud to download at the same time.

It doesn't. Queuing system just starts/stops torrents. No bandwidth allocation per torrent is done.
