jdong's critique is valid, the problem is that we didn't really design for this, adding it in for the 2.1 release is not really feasible.

Note, that we allready close files when we can.


I understand that it's not feasible for the 2.1 release schedule; I wasn't expecting that.

I was just trying to argue against the notion that it's the OS'es fault in this scenario and KTorrent does not need any changing.


Keep up the great work and let's see that 2.1 release soon! :D
