Bad heights / widths and some new column suggestions.

The 'pane' in the bottom panel is un-stretchable. I can move the divider between the two panels, but the 'pane' inside the bottom panel has a max height somewhere. Also, oddly, the 'Trackers' tab stretches the pane a bit more than the other tabs.

Further, the columns in the 'Peers' tab ignore your width changes. Well actually, they reset to default every .5 seconds when the data updates.

Lastly, I would like a way to tell apart people who have disabled their upload (<cough-cough> BitComet users). How about defaulting the download column with 'Never'? That way, if I see someone sucking up 30Kbps with a 'Never' in the download, I can boot them to the curb.

Of course, I don't want to kick people who have just joined as a peer, so might I also suggest two new columns. A 'length of time uploading' column, and a 'length of time snubbed' column. Some sort of timers anyway, perhaps you have ideas for better timers to include for each peer. It would probably be best if they only updated every minute, so as not to suck down so many CPU cycles.

Thanks!

We know about this.

Can't reproduce, what version are you using ?

You need to look at Choke = No and Snubbed = Yes, and the number of requests larger then 0 (left number in the requests column), that's the way to spot people who have disabled their upload. Note, the current code is not very likely to upload to these people.

Sorry. The version I'm using is 2.0.3. I'm on a Gnome desktop, it's using KDE 3.5.1 level 'a' on SUSE 10.1.

Requests column?? I don't have a Requests column, I have:

IP | Country | Client | Down Speed | Up Speed | Choked | Snubbed | Availability | DHT | Score | Upload Slot

:?

Then you should upgrade to 2.1beta1

It was just uploaded to pbone, I installed it, but I am using azureus now because of the file handling problems I was having. I appears I can't have both Azureus and KTorrent open at the same time, so I'll provide more feedback on this later. :)

Thanks again!
