Queue Manager Feature -- Move to Top or Bottom buttons

Would like to see buttons to be able to move things to the top or bottom of the queue. Maybe it's already there and I haven't seen it. I'm using 2.1rc1.

You're right. We should have that.

I'll see if it's not too late for 2.1, I'm not sure if we announced string freeze. If not, you'll see that right after v2.1
