A file which was being downloaded got deleted, a dialog box appeared and asked to recreate it.
The UI options were: "Cancel" and "No"

workaround: Cancel actually recreated it.
notes: i'm using non-english i18n, so... maybe it's only a problem with translation?

Could be, in the English version all the buttons are OK, so it's probably a translation issue.
