no configure file?

Is it just me or is there no configure file in the 27th weekly snapshot? Im getting a no file or folder found when I type ./configure
EDIT: And the previous two weeks are giving me errors when I type make

grrrr, just as I uninstalled 2.0.3, and after waiting 45 mins finished making 2.1rc, oh well :roll:
Thanks it works fine now.
